TuaTueng has officially welcomed its first internship cohort, marking a significant milestone for the AI-powered Thai university entrance exam preparation platform. The program drew over 120 applicants from across the country, and after a competitive selection process, TuaTueng admitted its first interns at a 14.2% acceptance rate, bringing together students from every region of Thailand.
A Nationwide Search for Talent
The volume and reach of applications reflected strong interest from students who share TuaTueng's mission of helping every Thai student reach their dream university. Candidates were evaluated on their curiosity, drive, and willingness to contribute to a fast-moving education startup. The resulting cohort represents a cross-section of universities and high schools from across Thailand, united by a shared belief in the future of personalized, AI-driven exam preparation.

First In-Person Meet On Site
The team gathered for the first time on site for a full-day kickoff session. In attendance were:
- Phonlawat Sirajindapirom, Co-Founder & CEO of RevisionSuccess
- Priyavaran Nantaya, Founding Executive Director of TuaTueng
- Sinee Kijrugkul, who facilitated the bonding activities
The day was designed to help interns connect with one another, understand the company's mission, and step into their roles with clarity. Leadership walked the cohort through TuaTueng's vision, the engine behind the platform, and the role each intern would play in pushing the product forward.

Bonding Through Real Work
Rather than running generic icebreakers, the team built the bonding activities around the kind of work the interns would actually be doing. Sinee guided the cohort through a series of collaborative challenges culminating in a market research exercise, where teams investigated real questions facing TuaTueng and presented their findings to the rest of the group.

The format gave interns a chance to demonstrate how they think, work under pressure, and communicate ideas. It also gave leadership an early read on where each intern could contribute most, and gave the interns themselves a clearer picture of the kinds of problems they would be solving over the course of the program.
Internship Results
The kickoff session produced measurable outcomes across every metric the team tracked, from team cohesion to the quality of the research output. The chart below summarizes the early results from the cohort.

Looking Ahead
This first cohort sets the tone for what TuaTueng wants its internship program to be: a place where ambitious students from anywhere in Thailand can do meaningful work, build with people who take the mission seriously, and leave the program more capable than when they arrived. With the first in-person meet behind them, the cohort now turns to the work itself, helping TuaTueng give every Thai student a clearer path to their dream university.
