Every internship ends with a goodbye. Very few end with the thing you joined to build actually out in the world.
This week, TuaTueng's first internship cohort completed the program. When they arrived in May, selected from more than 120 applicants nationwide at a 14.2% acceptance rate, TuaTueng was an unreleased product and a conviction: that every Thai student deserves to know exactly where they stand and exactly what to study next. When they left, it was real.
What happened in between
Consider what this cohort was inside of, in under four months:
- TuaTueng went live at tuatueng.com on July 18, with full support for TGAT1, TGAT2, and TGAT3
- Ten days later it launched on the App Store and Google Play for iPhone, iPad, and Android
- On August 14, the company crossed 50,000 users across RevisionSuccess and TuaTueng, doubling its entire user base in 38 days
- The TGAT question bank grew to 4,000 questions
- The company went on the road, running a full workshop day at Dhammajarinee Witthaya School and taking the stage at Sripatum University, with TuaTueng team members leading sessions on portfolios, careers, and the TGAT itself
That is not a summer of shadowing meetings. The cohort owned real work across content, operations, and the field program, and the launches above carry their fingerprints. The promise we made at kickoff was that interns would leave more capable than when they arrived. The cohort held up the other side of it: TuaTueng leaves this internship more capable too.
One last evening together
The program closed the way it began: in person. The team gathered for a closing ceremony and dinner, with teammates who could not make it joining by video call, and both founders took the microphone for their farewell remarks.
Phonlawat Sirajindapirom, Co-Founder & CEO, gives his closing remarks at the ceremony
In his remarks, Phonlawat laid out where all of this is heading.
"I want us to be the Company of Opportunities: the place where a passionate high school student can take an idea all the way to real execution, real users, and real impact on society. No one in this room waited until they were ready to build something that matters, and that is exactly the point. We will keep that door open," said Phonlawat Sirajindapirom, Co-Founder & CEO of RevisionSuccess.
Phuwadit Sutthaporn, Co-Founder & COO, speaks with the number behind the summer on screen: 60,000+ people now use the apps
And one slide behind Phuwadit quietly updated the story this article tells. The 50,000 users of August 14 are already more than 60,000. The number kept climbing while the cohort was packing up, which is exactly the point: what they built keeps going.
Chotiwith Chotiheerunyasakaya, Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer, and previously Head of TuaTueng itself, joined the call live from Singapore to add his remarks and put the cohort's summer into numbers.

Academic
The Academic team built the substance of the platform: they curated and quality-checked the question banks behind TuaTueng's practice, question by question, and did the patient work of obtaining the university admissions data that lets the platform tell a student what her dream programme actually takes.

Content
The Content team took TuaTueng to where Thai students actually spend their time: reels for the video feeds, graphics for the post feeds. Their work reached 2.5 million views across social media platforms, so that by the time a student first opened the app, she had usually already met it.

Strategy
The Strategy team worked out how TuaTueng meets the market: they planned the pricing and shaped the go-to-market strategy that carried the launch from an unreleased product to the platform students reach for.

HR
The HR team kept the whole machine human: making sure the team could operate, that people were unblocked, and that through a summer moving this fast, everyone stayed happy. Work like that rarely shows up in a launch post, but every launch above happened on top of it.

One year of service
The certificates were not the evening's only honours. Four team members crossed a different threshold: a full year with the company, spanning the stretch that took it from its earliest days to two products and 60,000 users.

And then, dinner. The formalities gave way to a long table of food, and the microphone kept making its rounds late into the evening.
The new era
The internship ends at a threshold. TuaTueng is no longer a product being built; it is a platform being trusted, by tens of thousands of students, with the highest-stakes moment of their academic lives. And the first true test of that trust is coming: the exam season ahead, the first one TuaTueng will carry its students all the way through.
That is the era this cohort leaves behind for the company: not a prototype to finish, but a promise to keep. The foundation is laid. What comes next is scale, refinement, and December.

Thank you
To every member of the first cohort: thank you for choosing an unlaunched product over a safe logo on your CV, and for treating someone else's dream university as a problem worth your summer. The program was built on the belief that ambitious students from anywhere in Thailand can do meaningful work when someone hands them real responsibility. You proved it.
This is the first TuaTueng cohort, not the last. When the program returns, the next cohort will inherit what this one built: a live platform, a growing user base, and a bar set high.

Your dream university is not a dream. It is a plan. And for the people who spent this summer building the planner, that sentence is now part of their story too.
