School Tours
Founded by our CEO, Phonlawat Sirajindapirom, School Tours delivers a better way to prepare straight to schools across Thailand: a full day of hands-on workshops built around what decides university admission, powered by RevisionSuccess and TuaTueng. Selected schools also receive our complete education infrastructure, free.
Every Thai student walks the same road to university. What differs is what she carries: guidance, practice, and teachers with time, or none of the above. Her odds are set less by her effort than by her family's income and her postcode.
The road, step by step
First, a portfolio
Admission opens with TCAS Round 1, judged on application portfolios. Students with mentors enter with strong ones. Students without anyone to show them what a strong one looks like often let the whole round pass.
Then, national exams
Next come the TGAT and subject exams. They reward method and thousands of questions of practice. Prep schools in Bangkok sell both; schools serving low-income students can afford neither.
Finally, a target
Every university programme has a score it takes. Students who know their number can plan toward it. Many students are never told the number exists.
Thai students overall go on to higher education
students from low-income families make it
Same talent. Same exams. A ten-fold gap in who gets through, and nothing about ability explains it. Preparation does.
Talent is evenly distributed.Preparation is not.
Bright students are born in every province of Thailand.
Serious exam preparation clusters in Bangkok, behind a price tag.
Our answer: we go to the schools
A tour is a full day on campus, built around what actually decides university admission. Our team runs it hands-on with the students, and every session leaves something behind that keeps working after we drive away.
University portfolios
A hands-on workshop where students start building their real TCAS portfolio on the spot, guided by mentors whose own portfolios opened doors.
Career guidance
Widening the set of futures a student can see, then mapping each one back to the university programme that leads to it.
Exam technique
TGAT-style questions solved out loud, step by step. The exam stops being a wall and becomes a method anyone can practise.
The science of learning
Why testing beats rereading and spaced practice beats cramming: the cheapest advantage in education, taught to everyone in the room.
Hands-on with the platform
Students practise on TuaTueng and RevisionSuccess themselves, so the method leaves with them and keeps compounding after the tour.

For selected schools, we go further
Some of the schools we visit become partner schools. Partnerships are decided school by school.
- The complete infrastructure of RevisionSuccess and TuaTueng
- Free, for every student and every teacher
- Teachers trained in person, on campus
A tour, in pictures
Moments from our first school tour at Dhammajarinee Witthaya School: workshops, hands-on practice, and a hall full of students meeting a new way to prepare.

Thai students are smart. But the Thai education system is unfair. So we deliver a fair shot, school by school.
Partner schools

Dhammajarinee Witthaya School
Thailand's only free residential school for girls in need of educational opportunity and facing financial hardship. It was beating the odds long before we arrived, which is exactly why we started here.
Which schools we visit
We plan tours deliberately, school by school. Here is what we look for.
Schools the tutoring economy never reaches
Provincial, free-tuition, or under-resourced schools where serious preparation has never been introduced. That is where a tour changes the most.
Students with the exams ahead
Tours are built around the TCAS road: portfolios, the TGAT, and university targets. Upper-secondary students get the most out of a visit.
Teachers and leadership on board
We work with school leaders who invite us in and teachers who shape the day with us, so what we leave behind fits how the school already teaches.
Within reach of a visit
The tours run in Thailand, because this program only works in person.
Want us to visit your school?
Write to us. Tell us about the school, its students, and its teachers, and we will take it from there. Nominations from teachers, alumni, and parents are welcome too.
