These Terms of Service ("Terms") reflect the way RevisionSuccess works and define our relationship with you as you use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

RevisionSuccess is an AI-powered educational platform operated by RevisionSuccess Company Limited. The Service encompasses all products, features, applications, and websites operated by RevisionSuccess, including but not limited to TuaTueng (tuatueng.com) and any future products or services we may offer.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service, whether through revisionsuccess.com, tuatueng.com, or any related applications. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age, or if you are under 18, that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You may sign up with an email and password, or through a third-party provider such as Google or Microsoft. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password and account secure
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

If you sign in through a third-party provider, you authorize us to access certain account information from that provider as permitted by your settings. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party authentication providers.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You retain ownership of any content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze your content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Your content may be transmitted to and processed by third-party AI service providers in order to generate study plans, lessons, quizzes, and other educational materials. We select providers that offer appropriate data handling practices.

You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you own or have the necessary rights to upload it, and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

The Service uses AI to generate educational content based on your materials. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional educational advice
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
• AI-generated content does not guarantee any particular academic result, exam score, or educational outcome

You are granted a non-exclusive license to use AI-generated content created through your use of the Service for your personal educational purposes. We retain all rights in the underlying technology, algorithms, and systems used to generate such content.

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing upon the rights of others
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service
• Scraping, crawling, or using automated means to access the Service
• Using the Service for any commercial purpose outside of its intended educational use without our consent
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Harassing, abusing, or harming another person
• Sharing your account credentials with others

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by RevisionSuccess Company Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used without our prior written consent. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software.

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Provide accurate and complete billing information to the payment processor
• Authorize recurring charges to your payment method

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be charged where required by law. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the issue is resolved. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before suspending access.

We may change our pricing with at least 30 days advance notice. Price changes apply to subsequent billing periods and will not affect your current cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
• You continue to have access to paid features until the period expires
• No pro-rated refunds will be issued for remaining time
• Your account automatically reverts to the free plan

Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion for billing errors such as duplicate charges or incorrect amounts. Refunds will not be issued for unused subscription time, failure to cancel before renewal, or dissatisfaction with AI-generated content or study outcomes.

All refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 14 days of the charge in question.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any errors will be corrected.

The Service is a study aid. It does not guarantee any particular academic result, exam score, or university admission outcome. The AI tutor feature provides educational assistance but should not replace qualified teachers, tutors, or educational professionals.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevisionSuccess and its directors, employees, partners, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, academic results, exam scores, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, or any reliance on the Service for academic preparation or educational outcomes.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RevisionSuccess and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of another party, or your User Content.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and User Content after a reasonable period
• No refund will be issued for remaining subscription time if terminated for a violation

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Voluntary termination is subject to the cancellation terms in Section 7.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, providing additional notice through the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
