On August 21, 2026, Phonlawat Sirajindapirom, Co-Founder & CEO, and Phuwadit Sutthaporn, Co-Founder & COO of RevisionSuccess, took the stage at the School of Entrepreneurship, Sripatum University, speaking to a hall full of first-year students at the very start of their university lives, every one of them training to build a company of their own.
A return, one year on
This was not a first visit. Sripatum University signed one of RevisionSuccess's earliest institutional partnerships on August 5, 2025, and three weeks later the School of Entrepreneurship hosted more than 200 students for a workshop on AI and learning. That was the company's first time in this hall. Back then, RevisionSuccess was a promising idea carried by a handful of students. A year later it is two products with more than 50,000 users, and the partners who believed first are still at the table.
Coming back to Sripatum as invited speakers, rather than as a startup asking for a chance, is a small marker of how far that support has carried us.
The 100-baht auction

Phonlawat opened with an experiment. He held up a 100-baht note and put it up for auction. Hands shot up across the hall, the bidding climbed, and then it stopped, exactly where everyone knew it would: nobody in the room would pay more than a hundred baht for a hundred baht.
Phonlawat Sirajindapirom puts the question to the room: แล้วคุณค่าคืออะไร, so what is value?
That, he told them, is the whole market in one banknote. Nobody pays more for something than it is worth to them, and no amount of pitching changes that. So the only real job of an entrepreneur is to create enough value that the price feels like a bargain. Everything else, the branding, the fundraising, the launch, is downstream of that one number.
Then the harder question. Why does so much of the world's innovation happen outside Thailand? Are Thai students less capable? No. Thai people are smart. The difference is posture: a generation trained to use what others build, and to follow where others lead. He pressed the room to flip it. Become creators, not users. Become leaders, not followers.
And he closed on timing. AI is here, and it has made starting easier than it has ever been. Work that used to need a team and a budget now needs a laptop and the nerve to begin. For a hall of people about to spend four years learning to build, there has never been a cheaper moment to try.
Out of the comfort zone

Phuwadit spoke to where the room actually was: first year, first weeks, everything still ahead. His message was simple. The comfort zone is where the first year quietly disappears. Step out of it early. Take the opportunities that show up, especially the ones that only show up once, because the regret of missing them lasts far longer than the discomfort of saying yes. The slide behind him put the whole talk in three words: เก่งขึ้นทุกวัน, get better every day.

Then he turned practical, because the study load was about to arrive whether they were ready or not. He walked them through study tricks that actually work, starting with chunking: a string like 0694206767 is hard to hold in your head, but break it into 069-420-6767 and it sticks. Then he showed them how RevisionSuccess helps them study better: drop in any material and get a personalised study plan, lessons, quizzes, and flashcards built from it, with an AI tutor on hand for the concept that does not click the first time. The platform was built by students who needed exactly that, for exactly the kind of semester this room was walking into.
Student founders, future founders

There is a particular symmetry to this room. RevisionSuccess was founded by students while they were still students, and the School of Entrepreneurship exists to produce founders. The two people on stage had sat where the audience was sitting only a few years earlier, with an idea and no guarantee it would work. The platform is the proof of concept, and the people presenting it are the case study: a student project that climbed to #4 in Education on the App Store in Thailand, a second product built for the country's university entrance exams, and a team that still looks a lot like the audience.
