Today we are launching Classeca, an app built for teachers.
For the past few years, teachers have used RevisionSuccess to run their classes alongside the students who use it to study. You told us what worked and, just as clearly, what got in the way. A study app and a teaching tool want different things. Students want to be told what to learn next. Teachers want to decide what their class learns, see who is keeping up, and spend their evenings on something other than marking.
Trying to be both in one app meant doing neither as well as we wanted. So we gave teaching its own home.
Your material, ready to teach
Every teacher already has their material: slides, worksheets, notes built up over years. Classeca starts from there. Upload your files and Classeca turns them into clear lessons and quizzes, with the diagrams from your documents placed where they belong. If you are starting from nothing, tell it the topic and it writes the material for you.
Nothing goes out until you have read it. You can change any question, any explanation, any step, before your class sees it.
Marked for you, checked by you
Students work through lessons and quizzes in Classeca, and their answers come back marked, short written answers included. You scan the results and change anything you disagree with. Your grade always wins, and it flows through to your gradebook and, if you use one, to Google Classroom or Microsoft Teams.
Students can write and highlight on the page just like paper, and when they get stuck, an AI tutor helps them think it through instead of handing over the answer.

See growth, not just scores
Every lesson and quiz in Classeca is tied to the ideas it covers. Over a term, that becomes a picture of each student moving from Emerging to Developing to Mastered on every idea you teach. You can see which idea to teach again, and to whom, without building a single spreadsheet.
A class's mastery on each idea, and one student's growth from Emerging to Mastered over a term
Homework made for each student
This is the part I am most excited about. When some of your class has not yet mastered an idea, Classeca makes a review set: one review lesson for each of those students, written around the ideas they are still working on and named for them. Ploy gets Ploy's Review, built on what Ploy needs. Ken gets his. You press one button.
Personal homework used to mean a teacher writing it by hand, student by student, late at night. Now every student can have it.
Making a review set: one personal review lesson for each student, each focused on the ideas they still need
Built for whole organizations
Classeca is set up for an organization rather than one teacher at a time, so a whole team of teachers works in one place and leaders can see progress across every class without asking anyone for a report. If you would like Classeca for your organization, talk to us at classeca.com.
What changes on RevisionSuccess
- Classes on RevisionSuccess move to Classeca on November 4, 2026. Until then, your existing classes keep working as they do today.
- New classes are made in Classeca. RevisionSuccess no longer creates new classes or lets students join them by code.
- RevisionSuccess stays the study app for students. Everything students use to learn on their own, from study plans to daily review, carries on as before.
Teachers and students signed in with RevisionSuccess use the same account in Classeca. There is nothing new to remember.
Thank you
Classeca exists because teachers told us, honestly and often, what they needed. We built it to give you back the hours that marking and planning take, and to make the kind of attention every student deserves something you can give the whole class.
I can't wait to see what you teach with it.
