RevisionSuccess x TuaTueng
The Equality Initiative
Founded by our CEO, Phonlawat Sirajindapirom, The Equality Initiative gives schools serving underserved students the complete education infrastructure of RevisionSuccess and TuaTueng, free, unlocking more in every classroom and a fair shot at university beyond it.
Every Thai student walks the same road to university. What differs is what she carries: guidance, practice, and teachers with time, or none of the above. Her odds are set less by her effort than by her family's income and her postcode.
The road, step by step
First, a portfolio
Admission opens with TCAS Round 1, judged on application portfolios. Students with mentors enter with strong ones. Students without anyone to show them what a strong one looks like often let the whole round pass.
Then, national exams
Next come the TGAT and subject exams. They reward method and thousands of questions of practice. Prep schools in Bangkok sell both; schools serving low-income students can afford neither.
Finally, a target
Every university programme has a score it takes. Students who know their number can plan toward it. Many students are never told the number exists.
Thai students overall go on to higher education
students from low-income families make it
Same talent. Same exams. A ten-fold gap in who gets through, and nothing about ability explains it. Preparation does.
Talent is evenly distributed.Preparation is not.
Bright students are born in every province of Thailand.
Serious exam preparation clusters in Bangkok, behind a price tag.
Our answer: hand schools the infrastructure
We find schools already doing improbable work for underserved students and grant them the same premium platform our paying members use. In full, for every student and every teacher. No lite version, no trial, no bill.
A study plan for every student
Personalised plans built from the school's own teaching materials, so every student always knows what to work on next.
Practice that never runs out
AI-generated lessons, quizzes and flashcards from the school's curriculum. The worksheets teachers once assembled by hand, on tap.
Exam prep with a target
TuaTueng turns Thailand's university entrance exams into a plan: pick a dream university, see the score it takes, and watch your chances grow with every practice session.
A tutor with endless patience
An AI tutor that explains a concept a third time, a different way, at midnight if that is when the question comes.
Delivered through teachers, not around them
AI cannot replace a teacher, but it can hand an overstretched teacher back their hours, and those hours matter most where teachers are fewest. We train every partner school's teachers in person, so the tools fold into how they already teach.
And every partnership starts in person
Before any of the infrastructure, there is a day on campus: our team runs workshops with the students on portfolios, careers, exam technique and how to study, and works hands-on with the teachers. A small part of the program, and the best day of it.

We are not the hero of this story. The teachers are. Our job is to hand them back their hours.
Partner schools

Dhammajarinee Witthaya School
Thailand's only free residential school for girls in need of educational opportunity and facing financial hardship. It was beating the odds long before we arrived, which is exactly why we started here.
Who the initiative is for
We add schools deliberately, one at a time, and every partnership starts with a visit. Here is what we look for.
Students the system has underestimated
Free-tuition, nonprofit, or clearly under-resourced schools serving students in need of educational opportunity or facing financial hardship.
Teachers who are stretched, not absent
The platform multiplies teacher hours; it cannot replace them. We look for committed teachers with too much on their plate.
Leadership that invites us in
We work with school leaders who want this and shape the day with us, so the tools fold into how the school already teaches.
Within reach of a visit
The initiative runs in Thailand, because we launch every partnership in person.
Lead a school like this? Or know one?
Write to us. Tell us about the school, its students, and its teachers, and we will take it from there. Nominations from teachers, alumni, and parents are welcome too.
