RevisionSuccess marked a milestone in its development with the completion of RevIntern 1.0, the company's first structured internship program, which ran from July 1 to August 31, 2025. The initiative, launched officially on June 6, 2025, brought in nine interns selected from a competitive pool of applicants, aiming to expand operations and accelerate the company's mission of reshaping education.
Program Highlights
Over the two-month period, RevIntern 1.0 produced results beyond expectations. A key highlight was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Sripatum University on August 5, 2025, establishing a strategic partnership with one of Thailand's leading private universities.

RevisionSuccess also conducted a series of impactful workshops, engaging nearly half a thousand students and faculty members across multiple faculties. These sessions were attended by deans and distinguished professors.
Additionally, interns were delegated strategically designed projects, enabling them to deliver work with direct impact on the organization. Their contributions supported streamlining operations, enhancing user experience, and generating market research insights to inform long-term growth.
The program also coincided with measurable increases in platform usage:
- New user account creation increased by 135%
- Game session usage grew by 127%
- Usage of the AI Tutor rose by 112%
Leadership Perspective
Mr. Shane Sutthaporn, Chief Operating Officer and Head of Human Resources, reflected on the purpose and impact of the initiative:
"The main purpose of RevIntern is to bring an exceptional group of students together for a shared purpose: Making Thailand's Education Better. This is a mission that I can't do alone. That is why RevisionSuccess needs a team of ambitious young people to fight with us along the journey.
Our goal is to provide value to all of our interns. Our mission is that we want all the interns who join us to leave here a better version of themselves.
We have a philosophy of 'the more you give, the more you get.' We've designed a system where the people who contribute most gain the most value."

He further described RevIntern 1.0 as setting a new benchmark for what could be achieved:
"I will say that RevIntern is the most successful project that I have ever done for RevisionSuccess. RevIntern transformed the team beyond my expectations. We have become an ambitious, dynamic, and synergetic team.
RevIntern 1.0 has upped the standards of what a student team could produce, and our expectations are only going up from here. We have learned a lot during this period. This is just the beginning. Get ready for what RevIntern 2.0 will produce."
On the opportunities ahead, he added:
"RevIntern 2.0 will be where the true progress lies. The strong team we curated for RevIntern 1.0 and the fresh minds from RevIntern 2.0 will bring RevisionSuccess to heights never seen before. We expect that everyone who joins RevisionSuccess advances our mission of making education better. In the process, we expect you to contribute, learn, and improve. We expect you to become a 2.0 version of yourself. Expect big outcomes for RevisionSuccess."
Intern Experiences
The experiences of the interns highlighted both personal growth and meaningful contributions:
-
Ms. Suthra Kijrugkul shared:
"As part of the outreach team, I took part in researching and evaluating potential partnerships. Other than that, I received various opportunities out of my scope at work such as leading the pilot testing at different places or participating in meetings with important stakeholders. This led me to move away from my comfort zone and improve on areas that I lacked in such as public speaking. RevisionSuccess is an amazing place to implement the knowledge you learnt in the classroom and you won't regret it all."
-
Mr. Prewitt Shah reflected:
"Over the past few months with RevisionSuccess, I've had the opportunity to bring my passion for optimization and streamlining into real effect. Leading the optimization project, I've seen first-hand how the start up ecosystem operates, a chance to roll up my sleeves and solve real world problems. Bringing my talents to RevisionSuccess has given me the opportunity to think and build in fruition. Grateful to have been a part of the journey, and I want to continue to break more milestones at RevisionSuccess."
-
Ms. Jenitta Lertworayarn noted:
"During my time at RevisionSuccess, I gained a lot of experience that allowed me to adapt knowledge into action for company growth. It's far beyond what you learn in university. It's a priceless opportunity that you should try once in your lifetime, being in a startup environment."

Closing and Next Steps
The program concluded with a celebratory dinner and karaoke evening on August 26, 2025, where the nine interns gathered with company founders for a commemorative photo, symbolizing the achievement of two months of collaboration and shared dedication.
Recruitment for RevIntern 2.0 has already been finalized. The next phase, scheduled to run from September 1 to October 31, 2025, will continue building on the momentum established by RevIntern 1.0, further expanding RevisionSuccess's talent base and reinforcing its role in shaping the future of education.
